Exercise for Singers

OK, y'all know how I worship my personal trainer. Now you get to meet him in person, and he'll even put me through a few paces for your amusement. His presentation will focus on why exercise is important for singers, and what things to do (and avoid) to get yourself into shape. Be there: Monday, October 3 from 3-4 in the Choral Room.
